FREVOLT’S REFERRAL POLICY
Definitions
For the purpose of this Referral Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Company
“Company” refers to Frevolt Green Energy Technologies Pvt. Ltd., including its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and authorized representatives. -
Referring Customer
“Referring Customer” means a company's customer or any person who submits a referral through the Frevolt App in accordance with this policy. -
Referred Customer
“Referred Customer” means a new customer introduced to the Company by the Referring Customer through the Frevolt App and whose referral is successfully recorded in the system. -
Referral
“Referral” means the act of submitting the details of a prospective customer through the Frevolt App (https://play.google.com/store/apps/detailsid=com.frevolt.id1704006311173&pli=1) for the purpose of introducing them to the Company’s products or services. -
Referral Bonus
“Referral Bonus” means the incentive, reward, or benefit offered by the Company to the Referring Customer upon successful fulfillment of all referral eligibility criteria as defined in this policy. -
Project Cost
“Project Cost” means the total value of the project as finalized and approved by the Company, excluding any future modifications unless otherwise specified. -
Loan Facility
“Loan Facility” refers to financing availed by the Referred Customer through a lender associated with or approved by the Company. -
Self-Funding Option
“Self-Funding Option” means the payment method where the Referred Customer finances the project without availing any loan facility. -
Duplicate Referral
“Duplicate Referral” means a Referral submitted for an Introduced Customer who:

has already been referred earlier by another Referrer; or
-
is an existing customer, lead of the Company at the time of referral submission; or
-
is already registered in the Company’s system, application, or database; or
-
has independently contacted the Company or is already in active discussion with the Company prior to the referral being submitted.

Same customer using two identification numbers/phone numbers.

If two individuals claim to have referred the same customer, the reward will be granted to the person whose referral has the earlier timestamp.

Verification will be conducted based on the referred customer’s phone number, email ID, and consumer number.
Applicability
The Referral Rewards Program is applicable only in the areas where Frevolt operates. Referrals made for customers or projects outside Frevolt’s operational areas shall not be eligible for any Referral Bonus.

Referral Bonus Value & Applicable Offers
Referral Bonus of a value as per prevailing referral offer shall be payable to all eligible Referrers for each Successful Referral, subject to both the referrer and referred customers complying with the conditions of this Policy. In the absence of any prevailing referral offer, the standard referral offer applicable at the time shall apply.
The Company may, from time to time, introduce special or promotional referral offers.
Such offers shall apply only during the period they are active and are clearly communicated by the Company.
The Referral Bonus shall be applicable only if a valid referral offer is active and applied at the time the Referral is submitted through the Frevolt App.
There shall be no entitlement to any Referral Bonus based on:

any referral offer that was active prior to the referral submission date; or
-
any referral offer that becomes active after the referral submission date.
Referral Bonuses shall not be applied retrospectively or prospectively, and no claims for backdated or future offers shall be entertained under any circumstances.
Such referral offers may vary from time to time and shall be communicated to customers in writing, including but not limited to in-app “Refer Now” button screen, in-app notifications, email communications, or other official communication channels of the Company.

Eligibility for Referral Bonus

To be eligible for a referral bonus, the referrer must add the referral exclusively through the Frevolt App.

Referrals made outside the Frevolt App (verbal, WhatsApp, email, or any other medium) will not be considered valid for referral benefits.

Any Duplicate Referral shall not be held valid.

Referral benefits apply only to direct referrals. The Company does not offer secondary or multi-level referrals.

If the referred customer chooses the self-funding option or loan option for payment of the total project cost, the referral bonus will be released only after the referred customer has paid a minimum of 95% of the total project cost.

Partial payments below 95% do not qualify for referral benefits.

Secondary Referrals (Referrals by Referred Customers)

Customers referred through the Frevolt App are eligible to further refer new customers.

Each referral is treated as a separate and independent referral, provided it is:

Added through the Frevolt App, and
-
Meets the applicable payment or disbursement criteria mentioned above.

Referral benefits are provided only for direct referrals. There are no multi-level or cascading referral rewards beyond one level.
Referral Bonus Disbursement

Referral bonuses will be credited only after verification of:
-
Referral submission through the app
-
Completion of payment or disbursement milestones or clearance of any dues.

The Referring Customer’s own project status (active, cancelled, or non-existent) does not block the referral bonus, provided the referral is valid.
If the Referring Customer’s own project is cancelled, they remain eligible for bonuses from referrals that complete the milestone, unless the Company specifically decides otherwise in the Policy.
The referral reward amount will be transferred directly to the Referring Customer’s bank account, provided the required details are sent by the Referring Customer to the Company.
Rewards cannot be converted into credits, coupons, or any other form of payment.
Referral Bonus & Project Cancellation

Before Milestone: No bonus is payable if the project is cancelled before reaching 95% payment (self-funded) or first loan disbursement (loan-funded).

After Milestone & Paid: Once the milestone is met and the bonus is claimed within 30 days, it is earned and final. No clawback applies for subsequent cancellations.
Non-Adjustment of Referral Bonus Against Project Cost
The Referral Bonus shall not be adjusted, deducted, or set off against the project invoice or the total Project Cost payable by the Referred/ Referring Customer.
Any eligible Referral Bonus shall be released only as a separate and subsequent transaction, after fulfillment of all conditions of a Successful Referral and completion of verification by the Company.
Compliance With Company Policies

Both Referred and Referring Customers must comply with all company policies, agreements, and documentation requirements.

Non-compliance disqualifies the bonus.
General Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

The Company reserves the right to investigate any referral activity suspected of being fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of the terms of the program. Any such activity may result in disqualification from the program or withholding of rewards.

The company’s decision regarding referral eligibility and bonus payout shall be final and binding.

Referring Customer may refer to unlimited referrals.
-
The referral amount shall be paid to the Referring Customer within 15 days from the due date.
-
The Company reserves the right to make the final decision in such matters, and the decision will be binding and final.

The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of the referral program, including the rewards offered to the referrer and the referred user, at any time without prior notice. The Company will notify the referrer and the referred user of any changes to the referral program via email, SMS, or updates on the Frevolt app/website.

The referral claims by referring customers must be made within 6 months from the date of completion of the referred customer’s solar project by Frevolt.

Referral Payments will be paid within 30 days after 100% payment is made by the referred customer.
Determination of Referred Customers
In the event of any dispute regarding entitlement to a referral amount, including but not limited to disputes relating to the identity of the referring party, timing of referral, or eligibility of the referred customer, determining eligibility for any referral amount, the identification of customers who have been referred by a particular person the matter shall initially be verified with the concerned sales representative responsible for handling or onboarding the referred customer. The confirmation and records maintained by the respective sales representative shall be considered as the primary basis for determining the referral claim.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company shall retain the sole and final authority to review the matter and take an appropriate decision regarding the eligibility, quantum, or rejection of the referral amount. The decision of the Company in this regard shall be final and binding on all concerned parties.
Only referrals made through the Frevolt App shall be considered valid.
Exclusions

Individuals onboarded as promoters of solar installation partners are not eligible for referral rewards under this program.
-
Promoters, Employees, contractors, and associates of the Company, including their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the referral program.

This policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.
