Frevolt Festivity Offer
Terms & Conditions
Celebrate Diwali by going solar at a special prices on selected Adani PERC panel systems, 26 October to 20 November 2026.
Applicable to Frevolt Green Energy Technologies Private Limited's ("Frevolt") Festivity Offer, 2026 on its solar services, systems and EPC services ("Festivity Offer" / "Offer").
1. Offer Period
Valid from 26/10/2026 to 20/11/2026 (both days inclusive) for bookings made and confirmed by Frevolt in this period. Frevolt may modify, extend or withdraw the Offer, subject to applicable law.
2. Offer Benefit
Under this Festival Offer, the total price for the solar project shall be a special price of Rs.1,78,000/-* (Rupees One Lakh Seventy Eight Thousand only) in Sangli/Kolhapur region and Rs. 1,85,000/-* (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Five Thousand only) in Nashik region on the Adani PERC panel solar system with specifications as specified in the Annexure A ("Eligible System"), adjusted against the system price. Not available on any other panel or category and not payable in cash.
3. Not Applicable To
The Offer is not available on:

bookings made through or in connection with a referral;

group orders, i.e. orders placed jointly or on a bulk basis;

or any panel or system other than the Eligible System. The Offer cannot be combined with any other discount or scheme and is not transferable.
4. Booking and Payment.
The Offer is availed only once the booking amount is paid and Frevolt confirms the booking. Pay only through modes officially communicated by Frevolt. GST and statutory charges are extra. No subsidy or loan approval is guaranteed.
5. Cancellation and Misuse
Cancellation and refund follow the customer agreement and the General T&Cs. The discount is withdrawn on cancellation or if the customer moves away from the Eligible System. Frevolt may withdraw the Offer for false information, duplicate bookings, misuse of referral codes or order splitting.
6. General T&Cs and Governing Law
6.1 This Offer is also governed by Frevolt's Festival Offer General Terms & Conditions, which form part of these terms. In any conflict, these terms prevail only to that extent.
6.2 Indian law applies and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. By booking, the Customer agrees to these terms and the General T&Cs.
